But my enemy is not other instructors. My enemy is the casino. Today, casinos take a larger percentage of your money than ever before. This is both disgraceful and ridiculous. Players actually play worse today than ever before. Don’t look around. YOU are one of them. I can safely say that because 99% of the players today have no idea of what they are doing. The numbers don’t lie. Worst are the players who think they know. THEY do precisely the wrong thing with greater confidence. I call them the book players. Think of all the gambling books out there today. Yet the casinos do better today than ever before. So I ask you: What good are the books? Most books are written by failed players. Worse, many books are written by authors who have never played. If they had, they would never have written what they wrote. At best, they are a great collection of old wives tales. It literally pains me to walk through a casino today and see what players are doing. Just a little instruction can go such a long way. I’ve got one mission in life: To teach as many players as possible how to beat casinos.

Which brings us to the internet. I thought the book authors were the worst. But the internet brings with it a whole new meaning to worst. Some try but are incompetent. Others are out and out computer savvy scammers. The internet provides a whole new playground for them. So how do you separate fact from fiction? I have no idea. All I can tell you is that now you finally found us. This is where its at. You’ll finally get the truth, the good AND the bad. We tell it like it is.

Well, one way is that here, you can talk directly to any of our players. No other instructor will let you do that. And with good reason! But I’m not the least bit concerned with what my players might tell you. And they are completely free to say whatever they want. In 20 years we have never had any disgruntled players and we have never had a return in spite of the fact that we fully guarantee all of our products. No other instructor can even begin to say that. But enough of that, let’s talk about the games. I teach BJ and Bac. With the exception of Poker, if you really know what you are doing, BJ and Bac are the only casino games worth playing. All others the odds against you are insurmountable in the long run. But BJ and Bac are beatable with the right instruction. That is why I teach them. We have the most complete instruction on BJ available anywhere in the world. No, I don’t teach you card counting. That is pure fantasy. Card counting hasn’t had a winning player since the days of single deck with no cut off card 25 years ago. The movie 21 is just that, a movie. Its pure Hollywood fantasy. BTW, card counting is not difficult. I could teach a Baboon to card count. But the Baboon would lose too, just like you. I can card count faster than any human, but I don’t do it in a game. Card counters are so involved keeping the count that they miss the truly important things happening in the game. Sure, 25 years ago counters won with a 0.5% advantage. Big Whip! I can teach you how to beat TODAY’S game with a 15% advantage. That is why the card counting schools have fallen by the wayside.

But you all know BJ. Let’s talk Baccarat. In the U.S. there is one Bac player for every 100 BJ players. In the rest of the world it’s the other way around. So what do they know that we don’t know? Lots! Baccarat is a lot like BJ if you could also bet on the dealer anytime you wanted to. Wouldn’t that be nice? In spite of the James Bond movies, Bac is the simplest game in the casino. They could do away with the cards and simply flip a coin. In BJ you must bet every hand and you must make a lot of technical decisions. Should I Hit? Stand? Insure? Surrender? Double? Split? Or several of the above? In Bac, you make two decisions, Should I bet? Which side? That’s it! Sure, there’s ties and the dragon bonus. But YOU are never going to bet those because they are the worst bet in the whole casino. See, you’ve already learned something worthwhile. Baccarat is the friendliest game in the whole casino. You know how it goes in BJ. You hit or stand and some idiot starts yelling about how you just ruined his hand. That can’t happen in Baccarat. There are no hit or stand decisions. There is nothing you can do that effects the game in the slightest so nobody cares what you do. Sometimes you end up with friends for life in a Baccarat game. Baccarat is the closest odds game in the whole casino. The casino edge is 1.25%. BJ is more like 15% against you. At least that is the casinos average take of the drop. Just don’t bet ties. Casinos are very quick to comp Bac players. They are trying to make the game more popular as it is everywhere else in the world. Bac is more comfortable. You’ve got more room and they usually put the Bac tables in the quietest areas of the casino. I put the free systems up to give you a taste of what Bac is like. Clumping is an absolute fact of life in modern day casino Blackjack. This "sorting" of highs and lows is generated by the casino card pick up. The break cards, mostly lows, are picked up first, forming a mostly low card clump in the discard shoe. Then the non break cards, mostly highs, are picked up producing a high card clump. Shuffles whether by hand or by machine are designed to preserve this clumping. Why do casinos do this? Because this seemingly innocuous card pick up routine destroys basic strategy and gives the casino a 15% advantage. Early math indicates that simple basic strategy alone produces a 6% player advantage in random cards. The same mathematicians were dumbfounded when that 6% never materialized in actual casino play. Today, even though most players play a reasonable facsimile of basic strategy, required public records show conclusively that the Las Vegas casinos enjoy an average 15% advantage in BJ.

Basic strategy book writers, who you will NEVER find actually playing in a casino with real money, when confronted with this 21% discrepancy in performance, attribute the whole thing to player stupidity. They say that for instance, few players know how to "correctly" play a pair of 4's. This defense borders on the comical. You could play all day without ever getting a pair of 4's and when you finally do, the odds of hitting, splitting, or even doubling against a dealer 7 are virtually even. This doesn't even begin to explain an overall swing of 21% advantage going to the casinos.

Well what does explain it? The casino card pick up routine creates the entire 15% casino advantage. How? Clumping, or the stratification of highs and lows in the dealer shoe AFTER the shuffle. The casinos are not stupid. They would not hand out basic strategy cards to novice players if those cards helped the players win. They don't. They cause the player to lose. The casinos know this. In fact they guarantee that the player will lose overall at a rate of about 15%. Those BS cards are very good for business. When you ask a dealer, "how should I play these?" He will always tell you the basic strategy play. He is trained by the casino to tell you that. He is certainly not trained to help you win.

But how can clumping create a 21% player advantage swing? Easy! Basic strategy is designed on and totally depends on two things: 1. That the odds of the next card out of the shoe being high or low are 50-50. 2. That the dealer break odds are 28% on every hand. Every single play in basic strategy is designed on those two assumptions. Neither are ever true. Lows will follow lows and highs will follows highs more than 50% in every game you sit down to and the more the cards are played and the greater the number of players the more the cards will clump. The more the cards clump the less the dealer breaks the more basic strategy errors. You could play for 30 years, as I have, and NEVER see a dealer break at the required basic strategy rate of 28%. That's almost one out of 4 hands. At a full table on a Saturday night you will be very lucky if the dealer breaks one out of 8 hands. For all practical purposes, basic strategy is compromised. The casinos have known how to beat it, even exploit it, for 25 years. Hence, the 15% casino advantage. The casinos have reduced basic strategy to a myth.

So is card counting. Blasphemy? Not at all. Card counting totally depends on two things: 1. random cards and 2. basic strategy. Random cards NEVER exist and basic strategy is a myth. End of story! I have played this game for 30 years. I know thousands of experienced players. I have NEVER met a card counter who is ahead. Thousands of card counters have converted to NBJ. We have NEVER had an NBJ player convert to card counting.

NBJ is real world BJ. It deals with and exploits the real world situation at hand. It is not swayed by naive myths. NBJ teaches you how to play the real odds and how to exploit clumping to a 15% advantage. It teaches you how to qualify tables, when to play, when to walk and when to run. It teaches you when the advantage is at first base and how to play that advantage, when its at second base and how to play that advantage. They are not played or bet the same way. It teaches you how to "read" the dealers hole card as well as your hit card with amazing accuracy. It teaches you how to insure at better than 50% accuracy with 75% payout.
